We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you consent. You can change your choice at any time using or by clearing site data in your browser. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement), and where required by law. Some of these providers may store data overseas, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Third-party advertising

Advertisements displayed on this site may be served by third-party ad networks that use cookies to measure performance and, with consent, to show relevant ads. Those networks handle information under their own privacy policies. Where advertising consent is declined, we ask our partners not to set non-essential cookies.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure. We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, contact form messages for up to 24 months, and technical logs for up to 12 months.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@aussietalksfinance.com and we will respond within 30 days.
